  1. Hi, didn’t see your email on the page so I’ll write this here. I’ve been reading your sight for a while and saw that you’ve been to or are in Seoul. I’m in seoul teaching at the moment(gangnam actually, but I havnen’t seen the anal surgery billboard) Are you in Seoul now, or headed back to L.A.? Well if your gone, I liked those pictures and was wondering what the name of that temple was. Seems like a good place to go for a weekend trip, I have some time off coming up. Anyway, good reading here and enjoy your travels.

  2. Sorry I haven’t had a chance to reply before now, but the temple was near Busan. Not sure what the name or location was, exactly. I can find out if you really want to visit.

As you can tell from the pictures, the skies in Busan can be quite a bit clearer vs. Seoul. Might be a nice change of pace. Plus they have some beaches and things which are fairly popular among Koreans.

For about 45,000 won you can catch the new KTX express train which will get you from Seoul Station to Busan Station in just 2 hours and 40 minutes. The plane might be faster, but it’s nowhere near as comfortable and stress-free.
